Chief Pediatric Dental Officer
Dr. Nick Raklios is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. He is originally from Richland, WA, and now calls the Seattle area home. He and his wife, Colleen, are the proud parents of two young girls: Ivy and Isla. Dr. Raklios is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Washington State Dental Association, and the Washington State Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Raklios enjoys skiing, golfing, biking, and running.
Chief Orthodontic Officer
Dr. Paventy is passionate about orthodontics. He truly enjoys his job, working with his team, and spending time with his patients. Dr. Paventy’s philosophy is to provide the best orthodontic care in a positive environment. Dr. Paventy is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Oregon State Society of Orthodontists, and the Oregon Dental Association.
Cofounder/Board Doctor, Board Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. J. Kolby Robinson is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. He is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. He and his wife, Jessica, are proud parents of three sons and a daughter: George, Oliver, William and Margaret. Dr. Robinson is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Oregon Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and Oregon Dental Association.
Board Doctor, Board Certified Orthodontist
Dr. Brown feels blessed to be a part of such an incredible profession. Orthodontics allows him to work with people who value oral health and beauty. It is extremely satisfying to see the transformation in his patients’ health, appearance and confidence. It affords him the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and in many different stages in life. It is fun and exciting to see them grow and change. It is gratifying to see how enjoyable the experience can be for his patients and team.
Chief Executive Officer
After completing his Masters in Physical Therapy in 1999, Dylan Bates spent more than 20 years building and leading a multi-site healthcare company, ATI Physical Therapy. Touting a relentless obsession for customer service and precision-like focus on operations and growth, Bates was instrumental in building the company from a single-location offering to more than 850 clinics across 35 states when he exited the business. Dylan is an active board member and investor with multiple companies across the US.
Dylan has worked closely with Steve Neumann(founder of Latticework Capital Management(LCM)) over numerous investment cycles over the past 18 years. LCM is the private equity sponsor of SALT Dental and Steve originally recruited Dylan to serve on the Board of Directors when SALT was formed in 2019. Dylan served as an active board member since inception and is excited to be stepping into the SALT CEO seat as of January of ’23.

Dylan lives between Scottsdale, AZ and Telluride, CO. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, golfing, and travel.
Chief Operations Officer
Mark Schodrof serves as SALT’s Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Mark is responsible for driving strategic growth and operational excellence. With over 19 years of experience in healthcare operations, Mark has a proven track record of optimizing business operations and enhancing service delivery across multiple markets. He is skilled in financial management, process improvement, and team leadership, and since joining SALT, has been instrumental in scaling the organization’s footprint and elevating patient care standards.
Prior to joining SALT, Mark held key leadership roles at healthcare companies, including BrightView and ATI Physical Therapy. He holds a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Midwestern University and has completed advanced executive training in healthcare administration over the course of his career. Passionate about leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency, Mark is dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring that SALT remains at the forefront of the specialty DSO industry.
ChIEf Human Resources Officer
With 15 years dedicated to one of the largest wellness franchises in the country, Amy has become a passionate advocate for fostering thriving cultures. She has cultivated a knack for creative solutions and offering mission-driven guidance to leaders across the organization. Amy brings a wealth of experience to SALT, having honed her skills in integrating diverse businesses into a cohesive platform, enhancing the overall efficacy of the people function. Her expertise is evident in her ability to build a robust human resource department that serves as a genuine support system for team members nationwide.
Having called Phoenix home for 25 years, when not immersed in work, you’ll find her enjoying quality time with family, hiking, and cheering on Buckeye football.
Chief Financial Officer
Steve Keller serves as SALT’s Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Steve is responsible for overseeing the organization’s overall financial strategy and managing the finances of SALT’s partner practices. The depth and breadth of his financial expertise spans numerous industries, including PE-backed, growth-focused companies. Steve has time-proven strengths in both strategic and operational planning and analysis, coupled with experience across all financial functions. His ability to implement robust financial controls, optimize resource allocation, and drive profitability across diverse operations, makes him an integral part of the SALT executive leadership team.
Before SALT, Steve held senior financial roles at various companies, most recently at Sono Bello, where he successfully led initiatives in acquisitions and integration, de novo growth, new private equity investment, and capital structure. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Bringham Young University, where he also earned minors in accounting and economics. Steve calls the Seattle area home, but also spends time in Utah and Arizona. In his spare time, he enjoys downhill mountain biking, snow skiing, and visiting family.
Chief Information Officer
Garth Marcial serves as SALT’s Chief Information Officer. He is an accomplished executive with over 15 years of success in high profile leadership roles. Garth is skilled at IT management and driving digital transformation across a muti-site, multi-platform network. He is adept at implementing innovative technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve patient care. Garth’s leadership in systems integration, data security, and IT strategy is crucial to supporting the organization’s growth and ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all locations.
Before joining SALT, Garth held key roles in IT leadership at various healthcare companies, where he focused on optimizing technology infrastructure and fostering cross-departmental collaboration. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in systems engineering from the University of Virginia, and is green belt certified in Lean Six Sigma methodology.
Chief Strategy Officer
Most recently, Josh was the Chief Growth Officer for Caravel Autism Health, a leading provider of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy and diagnostic evaluation services to children with autism spectrum disorder. As the Chief Growth Officer, Josh developed and oversaw Caravel’s growth strategy and execution through the opening of new clinics, mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships with health systems and physicians. Before his time at Caravel, he spent four years at ATI Physical Therapy overseeing its M&A strategy and execution and health system partnerships. He also spent three years at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where he served as the CFO of the Craft Beer Division. He received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Josh currently lives in Chicago with his wife Nicole, and their two kids Noah (6) and Jonah (3). In his free time, he enjoys running, cycling, golfing, and traveling with his family.
Chief Development Officer
Fletcher Boyle serves as SALT’s Chief Development Officer. He is a seasoned growth and development executive, PE operating partner, and entrepreneur. In his role, Fletcher is instrumental in strategically expanding the organization’s footprint through his expertise in mergers and acquisitions. With over 20 years of experience in business development and growth strategy, Fletcher has successfully led numerous initiatives that enhance market presence and drive sustainable growth. His strategic mindset, coupled with strong negotiation skills, has enabled the organization to form valuable partnerships with high-performing practices throughout the country.
Before joining SALT, Fletcher held senior roles for investment banking, private equity, and healthcare companies, including ATI Physical Therapy. Throughout his career, he has continued to hone his expertise in deal sourcing and integration. Fletcher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management, finance, and accounting from Tulane University and a master’s degree in finance from Tulane’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.
