SALT Dental Partners Hosts Annual Partner Summit
In late September, SALT Dental Partners hosted its annual Partner Summit, a transformative and thoughtful 2-day event that took place at the beautiful Hotel del Coronado in San Diego, California. The event, which welcomed over 150 attendees, was focused on connecting colleagues, sharing best practice strategies, and unifying goals and objectives. The summit was an inspiring weekend filled with learning and networking. Doctors had a chance to hear from Dylan Bates, SALT CEO, about the transformative growth the organization has seen over the last 20 months, the expectations for Q4 of 2024, and the vision for continued growth in 2025.
Over the course of the weekend, attendees took part in several breakout sessions that focused on pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and oral surgery trends and industry developments. A highlight of the event took place on the picturesque Vista Terrace where the doctors attended a lunch that featured an inspiring wisdom share with Dr. Mark Adams, an accomplished Prosthodontist and SALT board member, facilitated by Dr. Tony Paventy, Chief Orthodontics Officer. Dr. Adams shared invaluable experiences and perspectives on the current practice landscape and how to remain engaged and committed to the oral health profession.
As we reflect on the success of this year’s annual partner summit, it’s clear that the energy and collaboration created will be instrumental in continuing to drive the SALT vision forward. With an incredible 400% growth over the last 20 months, our collective achievements are a testament to the dedication and innovation of our teams. The insights shared, strategies discussed, and connections made during this event will undoubtedly propel us into an even more productive 2025.
